  • Ability to diagnose and identify issues with heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems and propose repair or replacement solutions
  • Experience with repairing and installing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems and/or parts
  • Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order
  • Communicate with management regarding procedures and/or status of work orders
  • Participate in and attend meetings, workshops, training sessions, and seminars as required
  • Prepare written materials (e.g. estimates, work orders, status logs, etc.) as required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Physically capable of performing the essential duties (such as climbing, lifting, working in confined spaces, etc.)
  • Have a valid Driver’s License
  • Willing and available to occasionally work evening and weekend shifts
  • Ability to diagnose issues with residential and commercial plumbing, drain, and sewer systems
  • Experience with installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial plumbing, drain, and sewage systems
  • Marking and making openings in walls and floors for pipes and pipe fittings
  • Experience with welding and testing for leaks
  • Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order
  • Communicate with management regarding procedures and/or status of work orders
  • Participate in and attend meetings, workshops, training sessions, and seminars as required
  • Prepare written materials (e.g. estimates, work orders, status logs, etc.) as required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Have a valid Driver’s License
  • Completed your Basic Apprentice certificate or Intermediate Apprentice certificate
  • Have your plumbing license
  • At minimum, registered as a plumbing apprentice
  • Comfortable speaking to clients to help identify and clarify their needs in order to achieve satisfaction
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Have a valid Driver’s License
  • Willing and available to occasionally work evening and weekend shifts
